I ran, not a lot yesterday but I guess enough to give me pain in my left upper hip to where I can’t walk.
I’ve also went from an unhealthy 108 pounds to a doctor happy 150. I’m trying to stay trim with this new added weight by running and other exercises…what can I do to get rid of this pain?
What you need to do is to rest. You likely have a sprain/strain injury and this will take some time to resolve. Meanwhile ice the area a few times a day, each time for about 12 minutes.
