I am 25 yr old male ,Massage is good for Low back pain ? Is der any other solution please advise me. Yasterday I did body massage for my “Low back pain” Is it good or not ? what benifit can I get from this ? Is there complete solution for “Low back Pain ”
I am working as a accountant My duty is STRIGHT DUTY , how to sit at a computer ? Can you please tel me complete solution for “Low back Pain ‘ I hope you people response soon please help me , I am waiting for your reply

It will mask the pain and underlying pathology will remain same. A wrong massage might be harmful.
i have to be blunt NO LOWER BACK MASSAGES!!! this could hit a nerve or even cripple you if the area is touched wrong..you will need a MRI taking,,this will show the doc 300 images of the lower back..
